We have more independent outside directors than is required, with 11 out of 13 independents on our board, or 84.6 percent.
John I. Kieckhefer, a director of the company since 1990, has been president of Kieckhefer Associates, Inc. (investment and trust management) since 1989, and was senior vice president prior to that time. He has been engaged in commercial cattle operations since 1967 and is a trustee of J.W. Kieckhefer Foundation, an Arizona charitable trust.
